Shipping
We ship Titan-Gel wordlwide form Moscow, Russia, by regular economy post. The shipping is free for all countries and does not depend upon the quantity of items in your order. The approximate shipping time is about 20-35 days (to some countries less, to some countries sometimes more). We usually ship the parcels in maximum 3 business days after we get your payment. After we ship we will send you the tracking number on your email, and you can track the parcel here:
Please note, the shipping is discreet, we just put "Accessory" or "Cream" on the customs declaration. No any labels on the parcel what is inside.
We do not put any amount on the customs declaration and our buyers usually do not pay customs duties but anyway please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
If your address is in non-Latin alphabet (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc) please put your name and address both in your native language and in Latin letters when you place an order.
Payment
- PayPal payment
We accept PayPal payments. After you place an order we will send you the PayPal invoice on your email. Normally we send invoice in 24 hours after you place an order, and if you didn't receive the invoice by email in 24 hours - please send us the message through Customer Support.
You can make a payment through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account (by your credit or debit card). Please check on the PayPal page how to do it.
Please note that the name and address you put when you place an order must match the name and the address in your PayPal payment detailes. If they do not match - we will ship the order to the address from the PayPal payment detailes.
- Payment by card. We send you the link to the payment merchant where you can make a payment by card online.
- Western Union. If you do not have Paypal account and credit or debit card - we can accept the Western Union payment.
When you place an order please put the payment option that you choose. Then we will send you the Paypal invoice, the link to card payment or Western Union detailes.
Please note that there is no option for Cash on Delivery. We ship from Russia and the international post does not have such option.
